    1. Where you thrown back into an Anonymous game? You need to log in. Login buttons: Welcomescreen, bottom left. Friendscreen (minitowns) tap Bart/Milhouse, bottom right in the pop-up “add origin friends” enter log in info.
Either exit the game to access the Welcomescreen or play through the first levels to access the Bart/Milhouse button to take you to the Friendscreen with the minitown.

  2. Why would you want the elixir? How many walls do you need? I can’t see that being much of a motivated after a while. Given teh quest runs to 7th October and I am only 2,500 gold away from completing already (and I have not rushed any jobs with donuts), I’d expect something more exciting – three donuts for every 8,000 might incentivise me more.

  3. A strategy guide for the event would be interesting – there is still enough time left for even casual players to get all the prizes without spending donuts if they play their nerds right.

These are the rules I am following:

    • Never send nerds to friends towns. Always use the attack button. There are two reasons for this: A. Attacking strangers gives you much bigger rewards per building than attacking friends. B. You have probably cultivated a friends list of very regular players, who will be more likely to defend in time than random players selected by the attack button. You don’t want your opponents to defend because if they do, you will earn less gold and elixir.

    • Just send one nerd per building. If your opponent plays regularly, a few hours less does not decrease the chance of you being spotted very much. on the other hand, attacking multiple buildings with the same number of nerds gives you more gold and elixir if the player does not defend in time, which in my experience happens very often.

    • Spend your elixir on castle level upgrades, not decorations. Castle updates give you more nerds, and more nerds means more gold and more elixir for further castle upgrades. You can still buy decorations for elixir when you have earned all the prizes.

    • Use your D20s on strangers’ castles exclusively. Destroying a castle gives you twice the elixir compared to destroying a house, and castles take longer to destroy, too, so the chance that the opponent will defend in time is higher. Again, don’t use D20s on your friends, and don’t waste them on defending your town.

    • You don’t need to log in every two hours to complete the event. Sending all the nerds your castles generate 2 or 3 times a day should be more than enough to complete the event in time, and also to defend most of your buildings in time. If it is convenient in your timezone, try to send nerds in the late evening US time and in the late evening European time. Most TSTO players are either from the USA or Europe, and they can’t defend their towns while they’re sleeping.

I loved the storyline of this event. Very slapstick and funny writing. However, the last part that ends the event just missed being the perfect frosting on a great cake. I was left feeling like…What?…
Doesn`t matter though. That was a great run, EA!

  9. I have to say I was very disappointed in the ending of the quest. It ended very sudden and to me felt like it was missing the ending.

Also do we know what happens after we have all the prizes? Is it like pastevent where save up for goes at donuts or have those days passed now?

    1. Once you have won all of the prizes you will be awarded a big pack of elixir for every 8,000 gold collected. Just like the bonuses for Halloween, Christmas, etc.

      1. Right ok thanks for letting me know Mike.

I might be wrong but I thought for Halloween and Christmas though you got the chance of opening a box for donuts after a certain amount of extra (candy/ghosts collected etc). Seems a shame that you get extra elixir (which to me personally, believe is a bit pointless after all prizes have been achieved).
