The last 24 hours of Act 1 are upon us, as well as the Soul Extraction Institute with Robo Burns and Doggy Smithers! Hurry up and finish it now!

  1. Is it just me, or is this event tougher than most? I have been playing a lot and still did not get Skinner in time. In the end, I could have paid 25 donuts for him. Held out till the end hoping to reduce the price by tapping some more robots, then got the Bart screen until Act 1 was over. If his questline earns event currency, I guess I’m not going to make it to the last prize of Act 2 anymore, either. I miss events like the Monorail, where you could invest a reasonable amount of time and still finish with time to spare.

    1. it is much harder in this event then other events. i logged on every 4 hours except, 3-4 times a day and had to buy skinner for couple donuts. anyone out there figure out a trick?

      1. Just check in every four hours. I got Sgt. Skinner with days to spare. Got 9 bonuts ;-D

        1. as in 6 times a day or more like 4-5 is fine?

  2. What is the anomaly

    1. The cube in your neighbours town.
It is not present in every town, sometimes you have to go several neighbours until you find it. If you play Anonymously you might have to wait 4-6 days before it shows up.

    2. The anomaly appears out of the blue in one of your friend towns. If it’s there, you will automatically lead there. It will be at the center of the screen, sometimes behind a building. Just tap in the center of your screen. Sometimes the anomaly slowly moves around.

I just got Skinner, so with less than 24 hours to go, there’s no way I will be able to complete his questline. So my question is: will the reward currency change to the next act currency ( from Matter to … whatever it is called)?

  4. The Smithers head in a jar is much more funny than the Tricky Dick in a jar from Family Guy.
