What Changed With the Destination Springfield Patch 6 Update? (February 24th)

A new patch was just released by EA changing some good stuff and adding bonuses! As most of you know by now, every update not only brings new content but also changes to many other aspects of the game. From prices to appearance, task lengths to requirements, any part of the game is subject to change and many changes affect every player. The Passport icon was changed from the Rising Sun Flag to the Flag of Japan.

In the Daily Challenge To Err Is Human, “Make Ned Attone for His Sins” was changed to “Make Ned Atone for His Sins”.

Ned’s job “Attone for His Sins” was changed to “Atone for His Sins”.


Globe’s text “Mali was home to the world’s richest person in history, Mensa Musa. He had a net worth of around four-hundred billion, more than twice the fortune of Henry Ford!” was changed to “Mali was home to the world’s richest person in history, Mansa Musa. He had a net worth of around four-hundred billion, more than twice the fortune of Henry Ford!”.

The Gold Scratcher-R text in inventory from the Winter 2015’s Starter Packs was changed from Gold Scratch-R to Golden Scratch-R, and it’s description was changed from “Use to scratch your Gold Scratch-R and win donuts!” to “Use to scratch your Golden Scratch-R and win donuts!”.

A glitch in the Lost Luggage Mystery Box prizes was fixed.

Life-Sized Spruce Moose now has 2.5% Bonus $ and XP.
