What Changed with the Season Premiere episode tie-in Update?

With today’s in-game update for the Season Premiere episode tie-in there was one change:

  • Base level building multipliers changed again, to get rid of the extra level which was added with the Level 45 update.
Level Old Multiplier New Multiplier
37 1.3 1
38 1.3 1.3
39 1.4 1.3
40 1.6 1.4
41 2.0 1.6
42 3.0 2.0
43 3.0 3.0
44 4.0 4.0
45 4.0 4.0

How is this used? Each building available for purchase with game $ has a base price. For example, a Level 37 building like the Bachelor Arms has a base price of $84,500 and it used to cost 1.3 times that, or $109,850. But now the multiplier is just 1 times, so it costs $84,500. Usually when a new level is released, the multipliers adjust so that older buildings become cheaper, and the new level’s buildings are at 4 times the base price. So if you wait for newer levels to come out, the buildings will get cheaper.

Should I buy the Springfield Grocery Store? And history.

Hi guys.

With the release of level 38 came a new building to effect our consumerism rating. So should you buy it well lets go through the pros and cons. In addition, let’s look at the background of the building too, as its a building with historic value to the show and it goes beyond the initial debut of season one. In-Game Update – January 22, 2014

An in-game update has been released today. As usual I got all giddy and excited to see what we have received BUT it was a hotfix update for the Judge Snyder release. As far as I can tell it only fixed some dialog for one of Judge Snyder’s quest.
No, it was not a fix for the rolled backs games or any of the other hundred big game issues many of you are currently experiencing. There was also no content or even spoiler content for anything upcoming.
If we find anything substantial aside from the dialog fix we will be sure to update this post.

Happy Tapping!

Level 38: Knightboat – Premium Guide

One of the spoiler images that we released with the Christmas update was the Knightboat and unlike recent updates, this item actually made it to the game with Level 38. While, personally, I don’t feel it is the adequate content addition for the long-forgotten Squidport, it is definitely better than nothing at all. Besides, who doesn’t want the Knightboat in their waterways? I usually like to buy at least 1 of everything the game has to offer but many of you put a lot of thought and care into your premium purchases. With this in mind I have created a guide to help you answer the question: Should I buy the Knightboat?

Level 38: Snyder House Rules (Pt. 3)

Hello Tappers!

Level 38 has just one more walk-through for you tappers, ‘Snyder House Rules’. Our last walk-through brought no justice to Springfield as Chief Wiggum was found not guilty, the full walk-through of part 2 can be found here while part one can be found here. We are now on the final part of the non-premium walk-through of level 38 ‘Snyder House Rules’ and Judge Snyder can be found to start off the quest:

Snyder House Rules Pt. 1:

Judge Snyder: You know, I signed up to be a judge because of the breezy uniform but who knew it would be so much work?

Judge Snyder: I should go on one of those traveling staycations I’ve been hearing so much about.

Judge Snyder: Where should I go? Why, Arizona? Or Whynot, Mississippi?

Snake: Yo, let me know when you’re going. I can keep an eye on your house, maybe even watch your dog for you.

Snake: Unless you don’t have a dog which will make the robbing all the easier.

Judge Snyder: On second thought, maybe I should take one of those at-home vacations I’ve been hearing so much about.

You are then promoted to place a Minnow Pond and make Judge Snyder take a 24 hour vacation for 24 hours.

(After arriving at the Minnow Pond):
